Chad Burton graduated from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in 1998 with a Master of Divinity Degree.  After graduating, Chad and Jennifer served as missionaries in the island country and city-state in maritime Southeast Asia, Singapore. During their time there, Chad taught at the Asia Theological Centre for Evangelism and Missions. He played an integral role in training and assisting students from various parts of the world in developing and discovering their ministry gifts. Chad also provided academic instruction and theological training. Most importantly, he focused on developing students spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.

Jennifer worked hard to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Pastoral Care and fulfilled many ministry tasks.  In 2001, under the leading of the Holy Spirit, they planted this Church. A ministry which envisions sharing the Good News of Christ’s death and resurrection to its local community and throughout the world. Living Word Global Church strives to mentor, uplift and edify Christ’s followers to live a fulfilling, wholesome and victorious life. They equip people to have a kingdom mindset; the ‘on earth as it is in heaven’ type of life which is available through an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.

In 2019, Chad was honored to join the Irving Police Department as a Chaplain. He is grateful for this opportunity to serve and bless those who faithfully serve our great city and place their lives on the line!
