Meet The Founding Pastors
Chad Burton graduated from Assembly of God Theological Seminary in 1999 with a Masters of Divinity. After graduation, he and Jennifer served as missionaries in Singapore. While there, Chad taught at Asia Theological Center for Evangelism and Missions. There he played an integral role in training and assisting students from all of Southeast Asia as well as parts of Africa and South America in developing and discovering their ministry gifts, providing academic instruction and theological training, and most importantly, developing the student spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. While Chad taught, Jennifer worked hard to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Pastoral Care and fulfilled many ministry tasks. In 2001, under the leading of the Holy Spirit, they planted this church, which envisions sharing the Good News of Christ’s death and resurrection to the many non-Christian people in its local community and throughout the world. Additionally, Living Word Global Church envisions maturing all of Christ’s followers into the eternal kind of life now available to them through a living, intimate, relationship with Jesus Christ.
In 2019, Pastor Chad was honored to also join with the Irving Police Department as a Chaplain. He is grateful to be able to serve those who so faithfully serve this great city!
